Order Questions

Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of your question. For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, include photographs when possible.

Returns

Contact support@theelsearchive.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return.

We provide a free prepaid shipping label and instructions for eligible U.S. returns. Please contact us before sending your package and use the label we provide.

We inspect returned items and, for approved returns, initiate refunds to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
