THE ELSE ARCHIVE names, archive codes, collection names, product names, character concepts, product designs, photographs, graphics, packaging, written records and site content are owned by or licensed to BRANCHIO LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, manufactured, sold or used commercially without written permission.

Permitted Personal Use

Customers may view the site, save order records and share links to public product pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer copyrights, trademark rights, design rights or manufacturing rights.

Reporting Infringement

A rights holder who believes material on the site infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right should email support@theelsearchive.com. Include identification of the protected work, the disputed material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority, and a physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information before acting.

Counterfeit or Unauthorized Listings

Send suspected counterfeit, copied or unauthorized commercial listings to customer support with the listing URL and supporting information. We will review the report but cannot control independent third-party platforms.
