These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through theelsearchive.com. They supplement the Terms of Service and the policies displayed at checkout.

Product Information

Product pages describe the material, dimensions, color, intended use and included components. Handmade or hand-finished surfaces may show small variations that do not affect intended use. We do not substitute a materially different item without customer approval.

Order Acceptance

A checkout confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. We may reject or cancel an order for the reasons stated in the Terms of Service. Any canceled paid amount will be refunded.

Price Tax and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard U.S. shipping is free. The customer must provide an authorized payment method and accurate billing information.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed in 1-3 business days and spend an estimated 3-7 business days in carrier transit. Total estimated delivery is 4-10 business days. If a material delay occurs before shipment, the customer may accept the revised timing or cancel for a full refund.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for an order that is not delivered or arrives damaged where applicable law places that responsibility on us.

Returns Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. We pay approved return shipping and accept exchanges subject to availability. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after returned goods pass inspection. Personal Use and Resale

Products are offered primarily for personal collection and display. We may limit or reject unusually large or repeated orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, market manipulation or fraudulent activity.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier shutdowns, natural disasters, government action or infrastructure failure. We will communicate a material delay and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
