Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an order, provided fulfillment has not started.

How to Request Cancellation

Email support@theelsearchive.com as soon as possible with the order number and the words “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. A request is not complete until we confirm it in writing.

Cancellation Before Fulfillment

If we approve the cancellation before packing or carrier processing begins, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method. We process the refund promptly, but the payment provider controls when the credit appears.

Orders Already in Fulfillment

We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment starts or a shipping label is issued. If the order ships, the customer may request a return after delivery under the Returns Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Do not refuse delivery unless customer support instructs you to do so.

Order Changes

Requests to change an item or delivery address must also be made within 12 hours. Changes are subject to inventory, payment verification and fulfillment status. We will never change an order without confirming the revised details and any price difference.
