Where do you ship?

We ship only to addresses within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders.

How long will my order take?

Processing normally takes 1-3 business days. Carrier transit normally takes 3-7 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4-10 business days.

When will I receive tracking?

We email tracking after the order ships. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Request cancellation, item changes or address corrections within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

What is the return window?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging and included materials.

Who pays return shipping?

THE ELSE ARCHIVE pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or written return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

We issue an approved refund within 7 business days after the returned goods pass inspection. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Eligible items can be exchanged within the 30-day return period, subject to availability.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Keep the product and all packaging, take clear photographs and contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Are the products children’s toys?

No. Unless a product page says otherwise, our products are decorative collectibles for customers age 14 and older and are not intended for children’s play.

Are the archive stories real?

No. Archive stories are creative fiction. Product materials, dimensions, included components, care instructions and safety information are factual product details.

Can decorative vessels hold food or candles?

No, unless the individual product page expressly states that use. Decorative vessels are not intended for food, drink, candles or burning materials.
