Payment Policy

Prices and payment terms are displayed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required when an order is submitted.

Accepted Payments

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before payment. Availability may vary by device and location.

Authorization and Charges

By submitting an order, the customer authorizes THE ELSE ARCHIVE and its payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout. An authorization may appear before the final charge. We may cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorized or is identified as high risk.

Prices and Taxes

Product prices exclude sales tax unless the checkout states otherwise. Applicable tax is calculated using the delivery address and shown before payment. We do not charge hidden handling fees. Standard U.S. shipping is free.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and enabled payment providers. THE ELSE ARCHIVE does not receive or store a customer’s complete payment card number. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy and security terms.

Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges

If checkout fails or a charge appears more than once, do not submit repeated orders. Contact support@theelsearchive.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Do not email complete card numbers, bank credentials or security codes.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not send refunds to a different card, bank account, or person. We inspect returned items and, for approved returns, initiate refunds within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned item at our return address. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
